The mission of the Library is to enrich, transform and develop Vincentian users by providing quality, updated resources and services to meet the evolving educational and informational needs.
The Library is geared to be a gateway to global information that will support intellectual inquiry by providing customer-focused services and evaluate scholarly knowledge in varying formats and from multiple sources.
The Library has the responsibility to:
Collect, organize and develop relevant resources that respond to academic needs.
Provide reference/information resources for USI community.
Promote life long learning by promoting use of resources.
Provide a suitable environment for research and study, and for the preservation of materials.
Provide bibliographic access to materials including use of newest technologies.
Maintain a collection of unique, rare materials with emphasis on Vincentian literature, Bicolnon and Rizaliana Collection.
