Welcome to the RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT CENTER of the UNIVERSIDAD DE STA. ISABEL, (USI) Naga City , Philippines .

The Research and Development Center (RDC) is the research arm of Universidad de Sta. Isabel. It is headed by the Director who works collaboratively with the University Research Council (URC) composed of experts in the fields of Information and Communications Technology, Business Education, Research and Statistics. Other experts are also invited as need arises. Directly under the supervision of the Director are two (2) Office Staff. The RDC performs functions of development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation and output promotion and publication of research projects.

The RDC workforce includes a team of designated research coordinators coming from the faculty of the various colleges and from the Basic Education Department. The Center encourages the involvement of all sectors of the University in research, including the different Directorates of Universidad de Sta. Isabel.

 

 

Vision and Mission

The Research and Development Center shares the University's commitment of attaining excellence in its programs and services through socially-oriented research. In pursuit of this commitment, the Center takes on activities geared towards building research capabilities that would lead to production and utilization of relevant outputs for improved instruction, educational reforms, policy formulation, product development and socio-economic development initiatives especially for the underprivileged sectors of the society.
