The Alternative Transformative Learning System (ATLS) of Universidad de Sta. Isabel is an inclusive, flexible, skills-focused and Vincentian educational framework offering TESDA-accredited programs tailored for diverse individuals outside the traditional classroom. Grounded in lifelong learning, ATLS emphasizes holistic development, critical reflection, and real-world application. Through recognized TESDA qualifications and practical skills training, the system prepares learners to become competent, adaptable, and socially responsible members of the workforce and community, while pursuing personal and professional advancement.

BREAD & PASTRY PRODUCTION NCII

(168 hours)

The BREAD AND PASTRY PRODUCTION NC II Qualification consists of competencies that person must achieve to be able to clean equipment, tools and utensils and prepare, portion and plate pastries, breads and other dessert items to guests in hotels, restaurants, clubs, canteens, resorts and luxury lines/cruises and other related operations.

Caregiving NC II

(786 hours)

The CAREGIVING NC II Qualification consists of competencies that a person must achieve to provide care and support to infants/toddlers, provide care and support to children, foster social, intellectual, creative and emotional development of children, foster the physical development of children, provide care and support to elderly, provide care and support to people with special needs, maintain healthy and safe environment, respond to emergency, clean living room, dining room, bedrooms, toilet and bathroom, wash and iron clothes, linen, fabric, prepare hot and cold meals.

EVENTS MANAGEMENT SERVICES NCIII

(108 hours)

The EVENTS MANAGEMENT SERVICES NC III Qualification consists of competencies that a person must achieve to coordinate events, functions and/or conferences which may be held in conference centers, hotels, motels, restaurants, clubs, resorts and luxury liners.  It includes competencies on event planning such as planning and developing an event proposal, concept, and program, selecting a venue and site, and updating event industry knowledge, as well as competencies on on-site event management such as providing onsite management services, managing contractors and updating knowledge on protocol.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICES NC II

(495 hours)

The FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICES NC II Qualification consists of competencies that a person must achieve to provide food and beverage service to guests in various food and beverage service facilities.
