The Arts and Sciences program of Universidad de Sta. Isabel envisions itself to deliver fineness in instruction through academic programs along general education, humanities and social sciences which enables students to understand the physical world with various ideologies, behavior and culture in the global community with rapidly changing technologies, social, economic, and political development with critical and ethical minds which are anchored on human and Christian-Vincentian values.
